Working Rite Projects

We directly deliver seven projects in Scotland under contacts secured with Skills Development Scotland. Our Project Co-ordinators are based in local housing associations.

This project is being re-launched in November 2011. It will build on the pilot project we delivered in Drumchapel in 2010

Edinburgh

Port of Leith Housing Association's TOIL Project (Training Opportunities in Lothian) - started in 2004

TOIL was launched before the formation of Working Rite and is therefore not a Working Rite project. It was the first to pioneer this work-based mentoring approach in Scotland and we fully support their activities.

Glasgow South West

The YETS Project (Youth Employability and Transition Support) - started in January 2006

This project was launched with consultancy support from Working Rite. It delivers work-based mentoring as well as offering a wider package of support to young people.
