Port of Leith Housing Association’s TOIL Project (Training
Opportunities in Lothian) – started in
2004
TOIL was launched before the formation of
Working Rite and is therefore not a Working Rite project.
It was the first to pioneer the work-based mentoring approach
in Scotland and we fully support their activities.
