Young people aged 15-25
End of school = Start of your future
Giving young people aged 15-25 choices for what comes next after school
Working Rite is a charity that helps young people who are about to finish school or who have left school. We give young people structure and support to start their working lives and opportunities to learn and earn after school.
We do this through our 3-phase programme:
1 Choices
The first phase is the Choices schools programme that shows young people the different options and possibilities for their working lives as they approach leaving school and after leaving school.
2 Chances
The second phase is the Chances placement programme that helps young people learn working skills and life skills through work placements, volunteering and vocational training.
3 Connections
The third phase is our Connections mentoring programme that matches young people with mentors to give guidance and support during the crucial early stages of working life.
Everything we do is built around each individual. We are committed to coaching young people throughout every part of their journey to get started in their working lives.
It all starts by talking to young people or their parents and carers about their situation and needs.
